PUBLIC NOTICE

The CASHPOR Micro Credit is a Not-For-Profit Section 25 company registered with Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, under Section 25 of Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding Section 8 of Companies Act,2013) and is also registered with Reserve Bank of India as NBFC-MFI. The company is currently operating through its branches in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha. The company has obtained a registered trademark under Class 36. It is hereby brought into the notice of all that if anybody claims himself to be a representative of Cashpor Micro Credit, its genuineness can be authenticated by registration details of the organization or can be checked by contacting the company through company mail id and phone number given on company’s website. We thus alert all that if any deal/ activity is fraudulently undertaken in the name of this company, Cashpor Micro Credit will not be responsible for the same.

A. Constitution of CSR Committee:

The CSR Committee of the Board was constituted by passing the relevant resolution by Board of Directors in its meeting dated 01st March, 2016 for monitoring and implementing the CSR Policy accordingly.

B. Composition of CSR Committee:

CSR Committee of the Company shall consist of the following directors:

Mr. Abhijit Sen, Independent Director (Chairman of the Committee)
Prof. David S. Gibbons, (Member)
Mr. Bahram Navroz Vakil, (Member)
Ms. Moumita Sen Sarma, (Member)
Mr. Mukul Jaiswal, (ex-officio Member)

C. Quorum for the Meeting:

Two members of the Committee shall form the quorum of the meeting.

D. Frequency of Meeting of Committee:

The Committee shall meet at least once a year.
